Catching up--May 2012

Since we were gone for 8 weeks to Minnesota this summer. I'm catching up on the blog now. We had a fantastic time. Enjoy the pictures.

We left in the end of May so we still had most of May here in Tuscaloosa.

We decided to go to the splash pad with Aunt Ashley, Jaden, Anders and Nana.  The kiddos had a great time.

We also had to get a swim day in at Memaws pool before we left. Again fun cousin time and a great day!

By the time we landed in Minnesota Teagan had 2 lollipops helping keep her quiet! Her hands were so sticky she couldnt seperate her fingers. Whatever it takes.

Mothers Day/Baby Dedication

Karragan and Anders were dedicated at church on Mothers Day. Below are the only pictures I got the whole day! I tried to get the girls to take a couple pictures before we left and they were too busy playing with each other to look at the camera.  I didn't get any good pictures in church, my camera wouldn't work right.  Then after church Eric's whole family came to our house for lunch.  It was a great day.  Hope everyone's Mothers Day was as good as mine.

Teagan stopped squirming when Eric mentioned she could have a fruit snack if she was good.

A Trip to the Zoo

We decided to take a trip to the zoo with Uncle Brad, Aunt Ashley, Jaden, Anders, Nana and Papa Joe before it got too hot.  The kids have so much fun with each other how could it not be fun?  We packed a picnic lunch and had a fabulous day.  The weather was great and so were the kids!

Finally an update!

Wow it's been a while since I've updated! I'm slowly but surely adjusting well to having two little ones.  Here are some miscellaneous pics over the last couple months.

Easter 2012 in Memphis

This Easter was extraordinary because Grandma and Grandpa drove down from Minnesota to Memphis to meet us for Easter. It has always been a dream of my mom's to see Graceland so she had the Easter weekend off from work so we decided that was the perfect way to spend Easter and so Grandpa John could meet Karragan. We had the best time and Teagan and Karragan were of course very spoiled with attention.

We drove to Memphis Friday morning and met Grandma and Grandpa at the hotel and went to eat lunch at Huey's.  We went on a very interesting trolley ride and then hung out and napped for a bit at the hotel then went for dinner at Rendezvous.  Saturday morning we got up, ate breakfast and packed up the cars and headed to Graceland for the WHOLE day.

We had fun at Graceland and everything was very interesting.  Once we got back to the hotel, we headed over to the Peabody so Teagan could see the ducks walk the red carpet to the elevator.  She really didn't see much because of all the people.  Then Grandma and Grandpa watched the girls while Mommy and Daddy went out. 

Of course we woke up Easter morning to baskets from Great Grandma Burnette and Grandma and Grandpa.  Can we say SPOILED??

Sunday morning we packed up and headed home.  We had a great time in Memphis and can't wait to spend a whole month at Grandma and Grandpas in Minnesota this summer.
